4/26/04 - Keith racked the braggot again this weekend, UPDATED PICS it looks wonderful. Bad news about one of the mead bottles in his clost tho it looks as tho it exploded. I guess we bottle the mead a little to early for comfort, next time we will wait and extra month or so for it to ferment more in the carboy.

4/15/04 - the braggot is comming along nicely!!!! look at this fine specimen of honey beer!!!!!
